About the Department:
The department of Political Science was established in the year 2014 with the inception of the College. Since then, the Department has been undertaking its duties and responsibilities as well as academic services to the desirous taught. Especially, it aims at excellence in academic life for producing better citizens, social workers, teachers, lawyers, businessmen and so on.
Students are encouraged to and they very often discuss burning as well as difficult topics/issues they deem necessary with the departmental teachers both within and outside of the class rooms. Apart from mainstream mode of instruction, the department organises, almost on regular basis, various co-curricular activities like Seminar, workshop, Youth Parliament, Quiz Competition etc. The department also organises debates on subject related topic or Current issues.
