The College is a government College and it is directly regulated by the Department Of Higher Education, Government of West Bengal.
Teacher’s Council
For the participatory system of the governance of the college administration all the faculty members actively get involved in the various academic functions of the college.
The teacher’s council is a statutory body as per Vidyasagar University act. All the full time teachers are members of the Teacher’s Council. At the beginning of each academic
session. The Secretary to the Teacher’s Council is elected and several sub committees are formed in a meeting of Teacher’s Council to oversee and coordinate the different
academic and administrative matter.Principal/Officer -In- Charge is the Ex-Officio Chairman of the Teacher's Council . Pratap Bapari is the secretary of the Teacher’s Council
for the academic session 2018-19. Several administrative and academic sub-committees are constituted to assist administration in various ways.

Administrative and Support Staff
The Principal is assisted by different administrative sub-committees and non-teaching employees of this college. At present three non-teaching employees, Mr. Sankar Prasad Doloi
(Head Clerck), Mrs. Shruti Patra (Office Staff) and Mr.Nayan Khamrui (Office Staff) are doing these jobs. They are also assisted by four contractual staffs, Prasenjeet Digar, Biswanath
Ghosh (Data Entry Operator), Sudip Pan and Halima Khatun (Jounior Data Entry Operator). There are four security staffs who look after the college through long day and night
uninterruptedly.
Student Discipline, Student's Grievances and Anti-Ragging Cell
The college has a Student Discipline, Student's Grivences and Anti-Ragging Cell. The members are Officer-In-Charge (Chairman), Prof. Megna Bose (Convener), Md. Mainuddin
(Jt.Convener), Prosenjit Mondal, Anik Samanta, Piyali Chanda (Members). This committee looks after the student discipline, any grivence and ragging matter.
